CROSSFIT

Each CrossFit class consists of a trainer-lead group warm up, skill or strength work and the WOD. Classes last one hour and are offered 7 days a week. The workouts can always be scaled or modified so that new athletes can workout alongside veteran athletes. The small class format allows all athletes a significant amount of one on one time with the coach.

YOGA

Yoga at CrossFit TS is an all levels class specifically designed to stretch, restore, and mobilize your body for increased athletic performance in CrossFit or other sports. Each session focuses on opening areas that get stiff from a regular workout routine, such as: shoulders, hips, quads, hamstrings, and more. Yoga at CrossFit TS will help increase your flexibility, balance, focus, breath capacity, and strength so you can perform better, experience less soreness, and reduce your risk of injury.

OPEN GYM

Open Gym times are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM, and Sundays from 9 AM – 10 AM. Please use this time to practice anything you would like to work on, skills or strength. Do a WOD you’ve missed, or a WOD you’ve been wanting to try out. Get some feedback from other athletes present or other coaches who might be using Open Gym time also. This is a time for you to come in with a Certified CrossFit coach present in the box for your safety, but you will be working uncoached. This is not a time to try to get personal training from the coach in charge, unless he/she offers it (and likely they will!). If you are looking for personal training we offer that service simply speak with any coach at CrossFIt TS about personal training options.

BOXING/STRIKING CLASS

This is a great class to either learn the basics of boxing or to review and fine tune your boxing fundamentals. You’ll also be introduced to the art of head movement and elusiveness. During this one hour boxing class you will be applying the constant varied functional movements of CrossFit to your training.
